Williams, 5-10, 260 pounds, was originally a seventh-round (240th overall) pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2017 NFL Draft and was waived on Oct. 9.
A Miami product, Williams appeared in all 13 games with five starts as a redshirt senior for the Hurricanes. He's a native of Athens, Ga.
