The Cleveland Browns have signed LB Xavier Woodson-Luster to the practice squad. To make room on the practice squad, the team waived LB Brady Sheldon.
Woodson-Luster (6-1, 220) and in his second NFL season out of Arkansas State. Originally signed by the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2017, he signed to the Browns' practice squad on Oct. 13 and was elevated to the club's active roster for its Week 7 game at Tampa Bay, contributing on special teams. He was waived on Oct. 25.
Sheldon was acquired by the Browns via waivers from Oakland this offseason and was added to the team's practice squad after final roster cuts.
