In addition, the team has elevated WR Kadarius Toney from the practice squad. Also, T Jedrick Wills Jr.'s (knee) game status has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game.
Kamara (6-0, 272) is in his second NFL season out of Stony Brook. Originally signed by the Bears as an undrafted free agent in 2021, he has appeared in 16 career games. He has appeared in seven games with the Browns from 2022-24, including five this season. Kamara will wear No. 92.
Smith (6-7, 245) is officially in his third NFL season out of Northern Iowa. Originally a fourth-round pick by the Giants in 2021, Smith has appeared in 13 career games. Smith will wear No. 52.
Hall, a second-round pick this year, appeared in four games and recorded four tackles.
Toney (6-0, 193) is in his fourth NFL season out of Florida. Originally a first-round pick by the Giants in 2021, Toney has appeared in 32 career games. He has recorded 82 career receptions for 760 yards with three touchdowns, while adding 21 rushes for 119 yards and a score. Toney will wear No. 87.
