The Cleveland Browns have signed DB Reggie Porter to the active roster off the Ravens' practice squad.
Porter is a 5-11, 185 pound rookie out of Utah. Originally signed by Indianapolis as an undrafted free agent, Porter spent the first two weeks of the season on Baltimore's practice squad. He recorded 16 pass break-ups and two interceptions in 36 collegiate games. He is a native of Amite, La. [
