The Cleveland Browns signed eight players to the reserve/futures list:

DT Brandin Bryant
LB Jermaine Grace
CB Donnie Lewis Jr.
LB Montrel Meander
WR J'Mon Moore
G Malcolm Pridgeon
G Willie Wright
DE Trevon Young

All eight players spent time on the Browns' practice squad in 2019.
