The Cleveland Browns have re-signed LB Ray-Ray Armstrong.
Armstrong joined the Browns prior to Week 8 last season and appeared in nine games. He also appeared in six games with the Giants in 2018 before signing with the Browns. Armstrong has appeared on 78 career games and recorded 124 tackles, three interceptions, three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and two sacks on defense, while adding 31 career special teams tackles.
