WR David Bell has been ruled out for the remainder of the game against the Jaguars. He sustained a hip injury at the beginning of the third quarter, and was carted off the field.
He caught a short pass from QB Deshaun Watsonfor six yards before he was tackled by Jaguars DE Arik Armstead. Bell recorded three receptions for 27 yards in Sunday's game.
