Browns WR Jerry Jeudy hit a career milestone, as he officially surpassed 4,000 career receiving yards.

On his first reception in Week 15 against the Chiefs, Jeudy caught a pass from QB Jameis Winston for nine yards in the first quarter.

Heading into Week 15, Jeudy had 944 receiving yards this season – the fourth most in the NFL. Since Week 8 when Winston took over at quarterback, Jeudy has recorded 678 yards and three touchdowns. He's built a connection with Winston as they have opened up the passing game.

Jeudy was 47 yards away from his first 1,000 receiving yard season with 10 minutes left in the first quarter – a goal of his to reach.

"It would mean a lot, just because it's going to be my first 1,000-yard season. With a new team, first year, it's a great feeling," Jeudy said. "All the elite receivers hit 1,000 yards and I feel like I'm one of the receivers who can do that. And this year, I finally have the opportunity."

He reached that goal in the third quarter, as Jeudy officially passed 1,000 receiving yards for the 2024 season. In the third quarter, Jeudy caught a pass from Winston for 20 yards to bring his total to 81 yards on seven receptions against the Chiefs, and a total of 1,010 receiving yards on the season.

Jeudy joined Amari Cooper (1,160 in 2022) and Odell Beckham Jr. (1,035 in 2019) as the only players in Browns history with 1,000+ receiving yards in their first season with the team.
