The Cleveland Browns have signed DE Charles Wiley and waived WR Ra'Shaun Henry.

Wiley (6-2, 251) is officially in his first NFL season out of UTSA. Originally signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent last season, Wiley spent time between the Ravens' and New York Giants' practice squads in 2022. He's a native of Stockbridge, Ga.
