Hughlett has appeared in 152 consecutive games for the Browns since 2015. He ranks 14th on the Browns career games played list.
Sunahara (pronounced soon-uh-HAR-uh) is 6-6, 242 lbs. and officially in his first NFL season out of West Virginia. Originally signed by Miami as an undrafted free agent in 2020, he has spent time on the practice squads in Miami, Pittsburgh and Cleveland. Sunahara spent time with the Browns this preseason. He will wear No. 50.
Swaim (6-4, 260) is in his 10th NFL season out of Texas. Originally selected by Dallas in the seventh round in 2015, Swaim has appeared in 103 career games with 65 starts with the Cowboys (2015-18), Jaguars (2019), Titans (2020-22), Cardinals (2023) and Browns (2024). He has recorded 110 career receptions for 846 yards and six touchdowns. Swaim will wear No. 84.
Hurst started the season opener at defensive tackle and recorded three tackles. He was placed on injured reserve with an ankle injury on Sept. 11. Hurst wears No. 90.
Diabate registered two tackles in the season opener. He was placed on injured reserve with a hip injury on Sept. 11. Diabate wears No. 43.
Dean (6-2, 200) is officially in his first NFL season out of Florida. Originally signed by the Jets as an undrafted free agent in 2023, he spent part of his rookie season on the Jets' and Chiefs' practice squads. Dean will wear No. 28.
Haynes (6-4, 240) is officially in his first NFL season out of Old Dominion. Originally signed by Denver as an undrafted free agent in 2023, he spent part of his rookie season on the Broncos' practice squad. Haynes spent time with the Browns during the preseason and with the Steelers' practice squad this year. Haynes will wear No. 98.
