Due to emergency city road and sidewalk repairs, major changes have been made to Browns gameday traffic patterns, particularly affecting official parking passholders for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Fans should plan for an early arrival and extended travel times to Huntington Bank Field on Sunday.
East 9th exit ramps at Route 2 will close at 9 a.m. ET. Additional rolling road closures will be in effect as early as three hours prior to kickoff, which is slated for 4:05 p.m. ET.
For passholders:
- Must access parking lots via East 9th Street only
- Access East 9th Street from I-90 E/W using Exit 173-C (Superior). Exit 174A (Lakeside Ave) is also an option (Eastbound only)
- Do NOT use N. Marginal Road
- East 9th exit ramps at Route 2 will close at 9 a.m. ET
For non-passholders:
- East 9th exit ramps at Route 2 will be closed at 9 a.m. ET
- Avoid East 9th Street
- Expect heavy congestion
Walking from the Muni Lot: Plan for a longer walk to the stadium due to adjusted foot traffic pattern.
Due to the sink hole on East 9th Street at North Marginal Road, access to North Marginal Road between East 9th Street and East 55th will be limited. To access North Marginal Road vehicular traffic will need to go to E. 55th and travel westbound. There will be no access past Burke Airport on North Marginal Road.
For fans with Browns Parking Passes that would normally use the North Marginal Road to access the parking lots north of the stadium, they will instead need to use East 9th Street to Erieside to gain entry.
For fans with Browns Parking Passes that would normally use Exit 175, East 55 to the North Marginal Road, they are asked to use Exit 173-C from both Interstate 90 East and Interstate 90 West.
For fans that use the parking lots near Voinovich Park on the Pier, they can access those lots using East 9th Street.
Starting at 9 a.m. ET, the Route 2 exit ramps at East 9th Street both Eastbound and Westbound will be closed.
West 3rd Northbound from Lakeside will close at 1 p.m. ET, but access to the PIT Lot and County Lot will be maintained. Access to the Muni Lot will remain as in previous home games of the 2024 season.
