There was no shortage of offensive production in the Browns 37-33 loss to Seattle

By the Numbers Preseason Week 3

The Browns ended the 2024 preseason with a 37-33 loss to the Seahawks Saturday night. Both offenses made explosive plays throughout the game and the Browns got a good look of players up and down the roster as they prepare to finalize the 53-man roster – which must be done by 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

Here's a look at some of the key numbers and stats from Saturday's game:

46 – QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson and WR Jamari Thrash connected for Cleveland's longest play of the preseason, a 46-yard touchdown heave in the second quarter.

4 – The Browns scored a total of four touchdowns in Saturday's back-and-forth contest, with Thompson-Robinson throwing one touchdown pass in the first half and QB Tyler Huntley adding three in the second.

8 – The Browns committed eight penalties for a total of 98 yards. A roughing the passer penalty called against DE Jeremiah Martin negated an interception by S Tyler Coyle and a personal foul called against LB Winston Reid resulted in the rookie's ejection from the game.

2 – WR Michael Woods II had a dominant performance Saturday, hauling in five receptions for 53 yards and two touchdowns. His second touchdown came with only eight seconds remaining in the game and featured an impressive effort to keep both feet in bounds.

37 – K Dustin Hopkins was back in action Saturday for the first time this preseason. He made his only field goal attempt, a 37-yarder, before K Lucas Havrisik took over for the remainder of the game.

3 – Cleveland's deep passing attack was on full display Saturday night, as three different receivers in Thrash, Cedric Tillman and Jaelon Darden had receptions of 20 or more yards.

4 – The Cleveland offense allowed four sacks for a total loss of 32 yards Saturday night, as each quarterback was brought down at least once. Seattle quarterbacks were only sacked twice for a net loss of five yards.

0 – While Cleveland's defense struggled to contain the Seahawks offense at times, Seattle failed to convert once on third and fourth down.

6 – S Chris Edmonds led the team with six tackles, including a tackle for loss. Edmonds stuffed RB Kobe Lewis for a 1-yard loss on fourth down in Seattle territory, setting up the Browns offense for an eventual touchdown.

70 – Saturday night's game was the highest-scoring game of the preseason so far – with three games remaining on Sunday.
