He originally joined the front office as a scouting assistant in June 2021, following a five-year playing career that included two seasons in Cleveland (2016 and 2020).
In his role, Fabiano focuses on player skill/process development, with a primary concentration on the offensive and defensive lines, while acting as a focal point between various departments, strengthening the team's information flow and aligning its resources to accomplish player-related goals.
Originally signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2016, Fabiano appeared in nine games with two starts for the Browns (2016) and Indianapolis Colts (2017). In addition, he spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Washington Commanders, New York Giants, New England Patriots and the Green Bay Packers.
The Wakefield, Mass. native was a First Team All-Ivy League selection (2015) at Harvard University and graduated with an undergraduate degree in economics. He was also a member of Harvard's Owl Club.
Fabiano resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife, Sydney.
