Browns Executive Vice President of Football Operations and General Manager Andrew Berry was profiled Tuesday by NBC's TODAY Show.
Berry is the youngest general manager in NFL history and one of just two African-Americans currently holding the position. The profile was the latest installment of TODAY's "Breaking Through" series, which is part of the show's celebration of Black History Month.
