As part of the Cleveland Browns' Crucial Catch: Intercept Cancer initiative, join the Browns for this year's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.
The event will take place at Huntington Bank Field on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 9:30 a.m.
The American Cancer Society introduced the Making Strides events with the goal of uniting communities in the fight against breast cancer. These events help raise money to fund breast cancer research and provide essential patient services, such as free rides to chemotherapy and access to a 24/7 cancer helpline. Breast cancer remains one of the most common types of cancer in women. In 2024, approximately 310,720 new cases are expected to be diagnosed.
The NFL's Crucial Catch mission for the past decade has been to fight cancer through early detection and risk reduction. The Browns will honor cancer patients of all types of cancer throughout the month of October.
