I think Freddie Kitchens may end up being the best hire of this round and not just because of what he's done with Baker Mayfield. He coached Carson Palmer to his three best seasons - ever - including an MVP-caliber 2015 when Palmer threw for a career-high 4,671 yards and 35 TDs.
