Baker Mayfield took home his final Rookie of the Week award Wednesday, giving him seven for the 2018 season.
Mayfield beat out Giants running back Saquon Barkley, Panthers quarterback Kyle Allen, Bills quarterback Josh Allen and Bills linebacker Tremaine Edmunds to give the Browns their 11th Rookie of the Week of the season. That ties the Browns with the 2012 Redskins and 2017 Saints for the most ever since the award's creation.
Mayfield threw for 376 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions in Cleveland's season-ending, 26-24 loss to playoff-bound Baltimore. Mayfield set the NFL rookie record with his 27th and final touchdown pass in the fourth quarter. His 3,725 yards were the sixth-most by an NFL rookie and most-ever by a player who didn't start all 16 games. His yards and touchdowns were easily the most ever by a Browns rookie.
Browns running back Nick Chubb and defensive back Denzel Ward each won two Rookie of the Week awards earlier in the season.
