Ticket Account Security
As we continue into the 2024 Browns season, it's essential to ensure that your Browns Account Manager information is secure. Please take a moment to review the suggested security enhancements below to help keep your account and tickets secure.
Enhance Your Account Security
Create a Strong and Unique Password: Ensure your Browns Account Manager account password is unique and not used for any other accounts. You can reset your password if needed. Ticketmaster operates Browns Account Manager, so your password to Browns Account Manager is identical to Ticketmaster.com. By changing your password on either site, it will automatically update the other to match. Below are the password requirements:
- At least a lowercase letter
- At least a capital letter
- At least a number
- At least 8 characters in total
- It should not be the same as the previous 2 passwords
Update Your Phone Number: Keep your phone number up to date for added security. During ticket purchases and account sign-ins, you may be asked to authenticate your account with a code sent to your phone.
Additional Security Recommendations
Secure Your Email Password: Use a strong, unique password for your email account to prevent unauthorized access to your Browns Account Manager.
Beware of Scammers: Always use official channels to communicate with the Cleveland Browns. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please contact the Cleveland Browns Ticket Office immediately at (440) 891-5050.
Please note that you will receive email notifications from noreply@ticketmaster.com when a ticket is transferred out of your account and when a ticket is accepted by someone else. If you receive either of these communications without initiating a transfer, please contact the Cleveland Browns Ticket Office immediately so that we can troubleshoot with Ticketmaster.
