Each primary Season Ticket Account Holder will receive one (1) Dawg Rewards unique QR code, accessible in the Cleveland Browns mobile app. Prior to each home game, each primary Season Ticket Account Holder will receive transferable rewards on their account to send to other people in their party.
Will I receive my discount when using Express Access to purchase concessions?
Yes, you will receive your discount automatically when using Express Access to purchase concessions, as long as you are enrolled in Express Access with the same Ticketmaster account connected to your Dawg Rewards.
If you are enrolled in Express Access with a different Ticketmaster account than the one connected to your Dawg Rewards, you might encounter issues with receiving the discount. If this happens, please email expressaccess@clevelandbrowns.com, and we will assist you with resolving the issue.
