· Named the Browns director of performance on March 9, 2020, after spending seven years (2013-19) in the same role with the Eagles.
· Prior to Philadelphia, acted as the head strength and conditioning coach and combatives coordinator for Naval Special Warfare. In addition to his role as head strength and conditioning coach at Naval Special Warfare, Huls coordinated combatives training and injury prevention programs for Navy SEAL teams.
· Before his stint at Naval Special Warfare, Huls was the director of athletic performance at Hampton University, where he directed the strength and conditioning programs for all 16 varsity sports and built the performance program from scratch.
· Joined the staff at Hampton from the University of Nevada where he served as the head baseball and assistant football strength and conditioning coach. He also served as the coordinator of performance nutrition for all Wolf Pack athletes.
· From 1996-2001, worked at the University of Nebraska as the head baseball and assistant football strength and conditioning coach.
