• Played seven seasons in the NFL from 2002-09 after being drafted in the fourth round (124th overall) by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2002 NFL Draft. 
• During his first season with the Browns, helped the club finish third in the league in rushing with an average of 148.4 yards per game (the team's best since 1978). Helped RT Jack Conklin earn first team AP All-Pro honors and G Joel Bitonio and G Wyatt Teller earn second team honors. Bitonio was also selected to the Pro Bowl, while first round pick LT Jedrick Wills Jr. was voted the NFL Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Week for Week 10, becoming just the fourth offensive lineman to win the award since its inception in 2002 and first since 2013.

The offensive line opened holes for RB Nick Chubb who finished second in the league in rushing yards. In addition, Bitonio was an AP first team All-Pro honoree and Teller was named to the second team.

· As a player, won an NFC Championship with the Arizona Cardinals in 2009 and appeared in Super Bowl XLIII.

· Played both center and guard while in the NFL.

· Retired from the NFL in 2009 and founded the "Tip of the Spear," a program that seeks through proprietary technique and training to assist players in avoiding concussions and other serious football-related injuries while at the same time improves performance.

· Opened his own gym in 2008, The Lion's Den MMA Academy, Arizona's largest MMA gym. Trained several UFC competitors, including champions Brock Lesnar and Cain Velasquez.

· Won two Brazilian Jiu Jitsu world championships in submission grappling.

· First-team All-Pac-10 selection at Arizona State as a center from 1997-2000.

· Earned bachelor's degree in communications from Arizona State.
