- Nyema "Nemo" Washington joined the Browns in 2023 as the recipient of the Bill Willis Coaching Fellowship. The Browns created the opportunity for a rising minority coach with a focus on the offensive side of the ball. Washington is the third recipient of the fellowship.
- Worked closely with the running backs in first season with the Browns. RB Kareem Hunt led the Browns with a career-high nine rushing touchdowns in 2023, while RB Jerome Ford recorded nine total touchdowns.
- Spent three seasons at Wheeling University as the school's offensive coordinator. Under his watch, the team broke several program records and saw its first ever 1,000-yard rusher in Sy Alli in 2021. The team averaged also 30.5 points per game in 2022.
