Key Notes
- Joined the Browns in 2020 as the team's first-ever recipient of the Bill Willis Coaching Fellowship and extended his time with the team in the same role through 2021. The Browns created the opportunity for a rising minority coach with a focus on the offensive side of the ball. Named offensive quality control coach in 2022 and offensive assistant/quarterbacks in 2023.
- In first season as offensive assistant/quarterbacks, helped QB Deshaun Watson produce a 5-1 record as a starter and QB Joe Flacco register a 4-1 record as a starter. Flacco became the first Browns player to throw for 300-yards in four consecutive games and was named the 2023 NFL Comeback Player of the Year.
- Prior to spending 2022 as offensive quality control coach, spent 2020-21 assisting the coaching staff with week-to-week game plans and talent evaluations. Worked closely with run game coordinator/running backs coach Stump Mitchell in 2020 and pass game coordinator/wide receivers coach Chad O'Shea in 2021.
