Happy Wednesday, Dawg Pound!
Here's your morning roundup:
— Robert Griffin III was cleared to play, head coach Hue Jackson said Tuesday. The Browns quarterback was given the green light by the team's medical staff late Monday.
Jackson, though, said he needs to see Griffin — and the rest of Cleveland's signal callers — practice first before he names a starter for the Dec. 11 game against the Bengals.
— Out of the concussion protocol, rookie quarterback Cody Kessler is ready to roll no matter who the Browns go with in two weeks. Kessler has started eight games this season.
— With their final practice of the bye week, the Browns welcomed a special guest in former NBA star Chauncey Billups on Tuesday — The Browns' assistant coaches met with reporters and broke down the team’s position groups. We'll have more from that on ClevelandBrowns.com in the coming days.Finish
