A.J. Green, one of the newest members of the Browns rookie class, was incredibly disappointed not to hear his name called during the 2020 NFL Draft but he's even more determined to show 31 other teams they made a real mistake. 

The Thorpe Award semifinalist out of Oklahoma State was one of the hottest undrafted free agents in the entire NFL and had multiple offers, but he chose to become a Brown when they made him an offer he could not refuse. 

"Watching the draft, I was very frustrated … kind of angry and things like that," Green said. "I mean they took 50 DBs and I was not one of them."

Asked if it puts a chip on his shoulder, Green said "no doubt."

"A boulder," Green said. "More like it puts a mountain on my shoulder."

Green joined Cleveland Browns Daily on Wednesday to talk about the draft, his UDFA process, his college experience/competition, the Browns plans' for him and more.

On why he chose the Browns:

"I kind of liked the Cleveland Browns, like what they stood for, liked the coaching staff, liked (defensive coordinator Joe Woods) and what he wants to do, so I put it as the best decision for me."

On his goals now that he has signed with the Browns:

"I want to come here and make an impact any way I can, and as soon as I can. "

On his skills as a cornerback:

"I'm a physical corner … a good press man corner … I have a pretty complete all-around game and I just want to prove that." 

On facing Baker Mayfield in college:

"It's always great playing in that Bedlam rivalry, I do have a memory against Baker. I caught an interception on the first drive at home at our place and it was lit up! It was great, but he's a competitor, he knows how to win, he's gonna find a way to win and now I'm ready to roll with him."

On his mentality when he gets to camp:

"They're gonna know my name from Day 1!"
