Browns WR Marquise Goodwin was ruled out due to a concussion he sustained during the second half of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
At 13:40 in the third quarter, Goodwin struggled to get up after he was hit in the back while jumping for a reception. He needed help walking off the field. He was officially ruled out with 8:03 left in the third quarter.
