The Browns won't have Denzel Ward on Sunday for the third time in the past four games.
Cleveland's Pro Bowl rookie cornerback was ruled out Friday with a concussion. Ward, who had an interception and a field goal block in Cleveland's Week 5 win over the Ravens, suffered the injury in the fourth quarter of last week's win over the Bengals. He missed the previous two games with a concussion.
"He has had a really good year and I am sure that there will be a lot of things that when he steps into the arena next year that he has a good feel for," Browns coach Gregg Williams said. "He has to get on and ready to roll and he will have a game here maybe a few weeks from now. We will see if he is able to play a few weeks from now. We will see."
Cleveland also ruled out linebacker Tanner Vallejo for the second straight game. He was placed on injured reserve after Friday's practice, opening up a roster spot for wide receiver Blake Jackson.
Center JC Tretter (ankle) is questionable but expected to play.
