The Browns will now pick at No. 15 in the first round.
Along with swapping first-round picks, the Browns received a 2016 third-round pick (No. 76) and a 2017 second-round pick. The Browns also gave up a 2016 sixth-round pick (No. 176).
The Titans picked Michigan State OL Jack Conklin with the No. 8 pick.
