TE Seth DeValve:
On playing some FB against the Buccaneers and if that is part of his role going forward:
"Yeah, I have a lot of roles. It is kind of one of the things I do. I do a lot of different things. It keeps it interesting and it keeps it fun."
On missing time and practice due to a concussion:
"It was really tough. Obviously, you have to do the right thing for your head, but it is behind me now. I am back in business playing football. I am excited to be back."
On his NFL career so far and what he has enjoyed most about it:
"I take it one day at a time. That is what you have to do in this business. I make sure I am having fun. I come out, do what I do every day, play football, do it to the best of my ability and take it one day at a time."
On if believes he has had a chance to show his potential during his career, given his past injuries:
"I think I have a lot more to show. I believe my opportunity will come to show what I can do."
On the TEs on the roster and if he feels he is fighting for a roster spot:
"Absolutely. Everybody is fighting for a job. I particularly am fighting for a job. I take it one day at a time, come out here and I am not thinking about the results. I am just thinking about doing the best I can today, make sure I am having fun and see what happens."
G Eric Kush:
On if the Browns OL is where it needs to be at this point of the year:
"We are just working to improve every day. Everybody has stuff to fix, and that is what we do every day at practice. We go out there to try and fix something the best we can."
On if it has taken longer than expected for the Browns OL to develop:
"We just do everything we can to get better every day, and we move on."
On if he finds comfort following Head Coach Freddie Kitchen's that he would have the first shot at RG:
"I just do what I am told. Every day, I come here to practice, work my butt off to try and improve something, do what I am told and have as much fun as I can while I am doing it, playing this great game and trying to get better every day."
On reviewing the tape from the preseason game against the Buccaneers:
"I saw a lot good stuff, some great stuff out there and then some stuff to improve on that we were working out there and we were working the day before. We are going to continue to work on it."
On competing against a Browns DL every day that had success against Tampa Bay:
"They are pretty good. We have played them every day for the past three weeks. They are pretty damn good, and it is fun to watch them go out there and have a good game like that and put something together like that."
