As a part of the PLAY 60 movement, the Cleveland Browns are here to support you! The 2016 Spring Challenge is underway and as you get your students and families active for at least 60 minutes a day, we want to help you keep it fresh.
By incorporating physical activity into your classroom routine, you're helping your kids become the best they can be. The Cleveland Browns and the American Heart Association have ideas to help you and your class take fitness to another level and make learning healthy and fun. When you work toward becoming a healthier school, you have the chance to be rewarded with fantastic Browns prizes!
Teachers, take your class to another level by supporting them to stay active and try new exercises. Find a fun way for the kids to log their minutes to report to us at the end of the year. It's that easy!
Need ideas? Check out the American Heart Association's website to mix it up and find fun ways to get your students active. Share us pictures of your students outside at recess, PE class or in jumping jacks in the classroom – tag @BrownsGiveBack and use #give10 and we will RT to inspire others!
