Larry Ogunjobi is the latest Browns player to give back to the community during the COVID-19 crisis that has affected most of the world.
The Browns defensive tackle announced Friday he would be donating 100,000 meals to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank as a way to help children in need during the crisis. Because schools are closed throughout the state, many students are missing out on the meals they depend upon during this time of year.
"As we all know, the Coronavirus is becoming a major issue and affecting many lives all across the world. Some of which who are majorly impacted are children," Ogunjobi said. "Many of these kids, due to the school closings, are no longer getting the meals they depend on from day to day.
"No impact is too big or small."
On Thursday, Browns QB Baker Mayfield and his wife Emily announced they would donate $50,000 to the food bank.
