Name: Steve Tripepi
Hometown: Wickliffe, OH
How they give back:
Steve gives back by volunteering his time and money to organizations that he is passionate about, such as the Wickliffe Italian-American Club, Special Olympics, Sigma Chi Fraternity, Huntsman Cancer Institute, as well as other various local civic organizations. He continues his work with the Wickliffe Italian-American Club and the Foundation because not only is it a great way to build comradery, it also is a way in investing in his community. By working to raise funds to help defer the cost of higher education or trade schools, they are ensuring that students who work hard have an equal chance to accomplish their academic and professional goals. This sets the stage for responsible citizens, who can help care for one another in the community and who will hopefully be inspired to give back as well.
Name: Joan Orndoff
Hometown: Hilliard, OH
How they give back:
Joan gives back by being a part of a nonprofit named the EWI of Columbus. She originally got involved through her job 10 years ago. She likes to do it because she truly believes that she's changing lives. She wants to make a difference in her community in ways both big and small so she makes volunteering a priority. Name: Sharon Laurenty
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back:
Sharon got involved in rescuing dogs in 1997. Animals have given her so much companionship and joy and she tries to help people and organizations that help them. When a rescue dog, Simon, was surrendered to this shelter they called Sharon because they met Malcolm, her previous rescue, and knew what she's done for other animals. There is something about the Animal Rescue Center, when she walks through that door, she knows they are doing their best to save these animals. She tries to partake anytime and anywhere there are rescue animals involved. She loves seeing the animals finally getting a "forever home." It makes her cry every time.
Name: Alamo Area Browns Backers
Hometown: San Antonio, TX
How they give back:
The Alamo Area Browns Backers are always choosing to #give10 and help their community. This week they decided to go out to the local San Antonio food bank to prep and pack meals for those in need. In addition to watching games each week during the season, they make it a priority to create community outings which allow them to support others and have a great time while doing it.
Name: Sharon Clark
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back:
After visiting Belize and connecting with the people, Sharon want to make sure everyone on the earth lives in adequate conditions for themselves and their family. She listens more to what people want. Listening is the backbone of this organization. It lets her and other members of the organization use information in order to design and solve local problems. Meeting new people everyday and seeing the smiles when they come in to volunteer makes it worth it. She also volunteers with ACE Mentoring and Habitat for Humanity on the weekends.

Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1.5 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10
