How do you give back?
#give10

Name: Ronan B.
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back: Ronan, an elementary student, volunteers for an organization called H20. This is his first year volunteering with the group, which collects the tops of cans to donate to the Ronald McDonald nursing home. He also helps decorate flags for veteran memorial graves. What he really enjoys about volunteering is that it makes him feel good to help others who need it.

Name: Darlene Canion
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back: Darlene is an incredibly strong woman. She had to have brain surgery for an aneurysm and is still trying to get back on her feet, but that doesn't stop her. She volunteers for an organization that delivers vegetables to residents who have difficulty leaving their rooms. She makes sure everyone gets their produce. She also helps people in homes by driving them to and from the grocery store and the bank. Despite her own adversity and ongoing rehabilitation, Darlene is dedicated to giving back.

Name: Joan Y.
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back: For the past eight years, Joan has volunteered for a senior companion program where she interacts with Alzheimer patients and keeps them company. She has also been a minister at her church for 37 years. She loves people, but likes working with youth because she believes that they just need some guidance in how to channel their energy in a good way for society.

Name: Charlotte
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back: Charlotte gives back by making sandwiches and bringing them to the Green Briar House. She also volunteers at Ronald McDonald House and has volunteered through her church for about seven years. She loves that she gets the opportunity to meet a lot of diverse people and engage in conversation with them.

Name: George Lovejoy
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back: George gives back by volunteering at a local food bank, where he says that the smiles on people's faces make it all worth it. Volunteering for the food bank has changed George for the better and has made him more humble, empathetic and selfless.

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1.5 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10
