Name: Megan McGranahan
Hometown: Pemberville, OH
How they give back:
Megan volunteers at her daughter's preschool and is taking charge of their biggest fundraiser this year. She started volunteering at the preschool four years ago when her daughter first started school there. Megan says that one of the best things about helping out is being able to see the kids succeed. In addition to volunteering at the preschool she also helps at NWO Apraxia support. Through these avenues she feels as though she's giving back and helping others which makes her feel good.

Name: James Schmidt
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back:
James chooses to give back to his local community by helping out with youth hockey. He has been involved with Shaker Youth Hockey for three years now. In addition to coaching, James also ran a large fundraiser to help raise funds for the athletes. It's important that the youth have a positive interaction and experience with sports, so he helps contribute to that any way he can. Thanks to James and other kind volunteers, they were able to raise $1,300 dollars to help the Shaker Youth Hockey League.

Name: Kara Dias
Hometown: Stow, OH
How they give back:
Kara chooses to #give10 and help out her community by volunteering her time and fundraising efforts to local charities like the battered women's shelter. She has been there for three years now and initially got involved when her job was involved with a local outreach event and proposed for staff to get active and help the local community. Kara says that the best part about volunteering is "showing my son how rewarding it is to give back to others."

Name: Karen Quilon
Hometown: Massillon, OH
How they give back:
Karen and her family started a memorial fundraiser in dedication of her brother. Karen lost her brother and other family members to cancer and wanted to start a fundraiser to help raise funds to hopefully eliminate cancer in the future. Karen says that she gets great fulfillment from helping out and, in addition to her own organization, she also volunteers at the American Cancer Society.

Name: Steve Shoemaker
Hometown: Columbus, OH
How they give back:
Steve chooses to give back to his local community by volunteering for DownSyndrome Achieves, where they help raise money for Down Syndrome. Steve has been running a tailgate at Ohio State home games to help raise money for DS Achieves. He hopes that with his contributions they will collectively be able to help out more families that are in need.

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team's First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team's community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1.5 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual's city across the globe, as well as the franchise's local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team's website and by sharing their stories with #give10**
