What you do to give back?
Michael is a Tiger Cub Scout leader for 1st graders to get them involved and interested in their community. He is a role model for these kids with the goal of teaching these young boys about being good citizens and outstanding members in their communities. Michael also volunteers his time as an assistant scoutmaster for a summer camp called Seven Ranges Scout Reservation. Thanks for inspiring others through the First and Ten movement!

What you do to give back?
Cliff is the post commander of the American Legion Post 738 in Fairview Park. Throughout the year he does whatever he can to give back to the community of vets that have settled in the Northeast Ohio area. In 2017 alone he's visited a dozen nursing homes, organized the Fairview Memorial Day Parade, marched in two community parades and stood honor guard at several funerals. He sits on the scholarship committee and has been able to assist with supporting many in their aspirations of a higher education. He has visited several schools on Veterans Day to talk to students about the cost of freedom. He has also participated in Relay for Life ceremonies which he enjoys.

What you do to give back?
As a member of the American Legion, it is Tim's privilege to go to nursing homes to bring gifts to his fellow men and women who have served the country. As a veteran who serves as sergeant at arms in the organization, he makes sure to assist those veterans that can't access the outside world as easily due to sickness or injury. He is proud that his post gathers money through events to support the quest to make a happy day for veterans by sharing memories at fishing trips and other visits with them. He is also raises the flag at all Fairview High School home football games. Lastly, Tim and his band go to nursing homes and play for the residents to put a smile on their faces.

What you do to give back?
John is the first vice president for the American Legion Post 738. In 2016 he organized a flag raising color guard for the local school's football games, visited numerous nursing homes and spoke to youth at schools. He helped with fundraisers for college scholarship funds and he also helped with the Memorial Day program for the community.

What you do to give back?
Ron is a member of the Post 738 American Legion who has become so involved with the community through the organization. He has been vital in helping bring the mission to life. Last season he visited five nursing homes, worked for 14 hours on Gift for Yanks program, helped with Poppy Donations, Honor Guard at Memorial Day service, and color guard at Fairview High School football games. He's given back so much time to his community and even took on more responsibility in the role of scholarship chairman.
