Buffalo Bills
Additions: RB Anthony Dixon, OG Chris Williams, OLB Keith Rivers, MLB Brandon Spikes, CB Corey Graham
Subtractions: FS Jairus Byrd
Biggest storyline: Mike Pettine makes his return to Buffalo. Even though he was there for just one year, coach told us he built extremely close relationships with players and head coach Doug Marrone. Pettine guided the Bills to a franchise record 57 sacks and helped produce three Pro Bowlers on defense. Not only is Pettine paying a visit to Orchard Park, but so are assistant coaches Jim O'Neil, Chuck Driesbach and Anthony Weaver.
Biggest storyline part II: Last season the Bills-Browns Thursday night showdown was one of the more exciting NFL games of the season. The contest featured four touchdowns of 37-yards or more, most notably Travis Benjamin's 79-yard punt return. Cleveland gutted out a 37-24 victory on the NFL Network.
Biggest storyline part III: Buffalo's additions on defense aren't necessarily household names, but they could work well as complimentary players in new defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz's 4-3 system. Corey Graham will be a nice fit alongside fellow cornerback Leodis McKelvin. And Brandon Spikes is a reliable tackler to backup Kiko Alonso.
