CHICAGO -- As expected, the Browns will rest most of their projected starters tonight in their preseason finale against the Bears.
The first-team offensive line, wide receivers Brian Hartline, Taylor Gabriel, Andrew Hawkins and Travis Benjamin, running back Isaiah Crowell and tight ends Jim Dray and Gary Barnidge are not expected to play and will join quarterback Josh McCown on the sidelines. On defense, the first-team secondary, linebacker Paul Kruger and rookie defensive tackle Danny Shelton are among the expected sidelined players.
Thaddeus Lewis will start at quarterback. Veteran wide receiver Dwayne Bowe and last year's leading rusher, Terrance West, will also start.
Wide receiver Terrelle Pryor is expected to dress for the first time this preseason.
