DL Xavier Cooper
McCown (concussion), Gilbert (hip flexor), Turbin (ankle) and Solomon (ankle) are dealing with injuries that limited or completely kept them from practicing this week.
Johnny Manziel will start in place of McCown at quarterback. Barkevious Mingo is slated to step in for Solomon.
Linebacker Nate Orchard and wide receiver Dwayne Bowe will be active for the first time this season.
