The Browns will know their 2018 schedule one week before the NFL Draft.
The league announced late Tuesday it will unveil the regular season schedule Thursday at 8 p.m. on NFL Network.
Cleveland’s opponents have been locked in since January. On top of their six annual games against AFC North foes Baltimore, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh, the Browns will host the Falcons, Panthers, Chiefs, Chargers and Jets. They are set to travel to Tampa, New Orleans, Oakland, Denver and Houston.
Following the first winless season in franchise history, the Browns will face the fifth-toughest strength of schedule next year based on the combined 2017 record of all 13 opponents (division opponents' records are counted twice) and their winning percentage.
The Browns opened offseason workouts Monday, welcoming back a new-look roster that recently added veteran quarterback Tyrod Taylor, Pro Bowl receiver Jarvis Landry and several other players expected to be significant contributors next fall.
They also stand to receive a boost from the NFL Draft next week, as Cleveland owns the first and fourth overall picks.
