The Browns will square off against the Jets under the lights at FirstEnergy Stadium next fall.
We're breaking down Cleveland's 2017 rematches.
Week 3: New York Jets
Sept. 20 (8:20 p.m.) @FirstEnergy Stadium
2017 record: 5-11
The skinny: Welcome back to primetime, Cleveland. After a year full of 1 p.m. starts, the Browns will host the Jets on Thursday Night Football with the chance to avenge back-to-back losses to the Jets. Cleveland outgained the Jets last season and couldn't protect a 20-10 halftime lead in 2016. The matchup marks New York's third straight trip to Northeast Ohio.
Week 13: Houston Texans
Dec. 2 (1 p.m) @NRG Stadium
2017 record: 4-12
The skinny: The Texans rolled over the Browns last season behind rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson and a tough defense. Despite a strong start, Houston was ravaged by injuries that sidelined Watson, star defensive end J.J. Watt and other key players.
