The Browns' 2017 schedule is officially set.
From home-and-homes against the AFC North rivals and trips to London, Los Angeles and Houston, here's a closer look at Cleveland's season.
Week 1: Steelers
Sept. 10 (1 p.m) @ Home
2016 record: 11-5
The skinny:Cleveland's overtime loss to the Steelers in its regular-season finale in some ways embodied a 1-15 season that saw a young team learn on the fly. The Browns played well enough to win the game but let turnovers and costly mental errors ultimately undo them.
Week 2: Ravens
Sept. 17 (1 p.m) @ Baltimore
2016 record: 8-8
The skinny:The Browns had their chances, and then some, against the Ravens last season. They were unable to protect a 20-0 lead against Baltimore in Week 2 at FirstEnergy Stadium. Later in the season, on Thursday Night Football, Cleveland led 7-6 at halftime but couldn't keep up with Baltimore in the second half.
Week 3: Colts
Sept. 24 (1 p.m) @ Indianapolis
2016 record: 8-8
The skinny: Cleveland will take on quarterback Andrew Luck and the Colts, who look to bounce back after missing the playoffs in 2016.
Week 4: Bengals
Oct. 1 (1 p.m) @ Home
2016 record: 6-9-1
The skinny:Not a lot went right for the Browns against their in-state rival last year. Cincinnati outscored Cleveland, 54-26, in both games and rolled up almost 500 total yards on the Browns defense in Week 7 at Paul Brown Stadium.
Week 5: Jets
Oct. 8 (1 p.m) @ Home
2016 record: 5-11
The skinny:The Browns will host New York for the second-straight season, falling 31-28 last year. Cleveland put forth an impressive first-half showing before struggling down the stretch.
Week 6: Texans
Oct. 15 (1 p.m) @ Houston
2016 record: 9-7
The skinny:The Browns will travel to Houston against the AFC West champions, who topped the Raiders last season for their first playoff win since 2012. Cleveland will have to take on a Texans defense loaded with talent, including defensive linemen Jadeveon Clowney and J.J. Watt.
Week 7: Titans
Oct. 22 (1 p.m) @ Home
2016 record: 9-7
The skinny:The Browns lost, 28-26, in Nashville last October despite a 13-point fourth quarter. Browns quarterback Cody Kessler passed for a career-high 336 yards and two touchdowns.
Week 8: Vikings
Oct. 29 (9:30 a.m.) @ London
2016 record: 8-8
The skinny:The Browns will play the Vikings in London, their first international regular-season game in franchise history. Minnesota, which started strong before falling off in the second half of the season, was derailed by injuries to quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and former running back Adrian Peterson.
Week 9: BYE
Nov. 5
