Who can attend this event?

This event is exclusive to Cleveland Browns Season Ticket Members who have renewed their season ticket membership for the 2025 season. The membership renewal deadline is March 28, 2025.

How will seat selection work?

More details on how to reserve your seat will be shared the week of March 31, 2025.

Seat selection will take place during a scheduled time slot the week of April 7, 2025. Members will receive communication on their assigned time slot prior to the selection date.

How many tickets can I claim?

Season Ticket Members can claim up to the number of season tickets they have on their account. For example, if you have four season tickets, you can claim up to four tickets for this event.

Will I be able to claim my exact season tickets?

Due to the seating configuration being adjusted for the concert setup, members with bowl seats will need to select from available seats, which may be different from their regular season ticket locations. Seat selection will still be based on PSL status and tenure with the club.

How do I get my tickets? Can I transfer or resell it?

Season Ticket Members will be able to manage their tickets in the Browns Mobile App once they are claimed. Tickets will be transferable to other individuals and made available for resale, though the Ticketmaster Marketplace.

What is included in my ticket?

Will there be food and drinks?

Concessions will be available for purchase, and all Season Ticket Members can use their Dawg Rewards at the concessions to receive their discount. Please note that the Premium Clubs will not be open for operation that evening.

What is the parking situation?

Parking will be available for $50 for those who have a parking pass for the Browns season.

Any extra parking will be made available to members attending the concert for purchase.

All North Coast Harbor lots and surrounding Huntington Bank Field lots will be pass-only lots for this event.

Can I bring a bag?

The NFL clear bag policy is in effect. All bags will be subject to security screening. For more details on the clear bag policy, please visit Clear Bag Policy.

What happens if it rains?

This event is rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, updates will be provided via email and social media.

Can I re-enter if I leave?

No re-entry is allowed once you leave the venue.

Change of Address

All address changes must be submitted in writing to tickets@clevelandbrowns.com from the email address on record or mailed to Cleveland Browns Ticket Office, 76 Lou Groza Blvd., Berea, OH 44017.

Seat Relocation Requests

Season Ticket Members have the benefit of participating in our Seat Relocation process following the conclusion of our renewal period. For more information regarding this process, please contact your Cleveland Browns Representative.

PSL & Season Ticket Ownership Conditions of Purchase

Only the PSL/Season Ticket Member of record as the name or company appearing on the PSL License Agreement will be recognized by the Browns.

Any transactions concerning a season ticket account will be made ONLY with the account holder on record. Transactions must be documented in writing, signed by the account holder on record and may require a stamp from a notary. This includes, but is not limited to, change of address, seat additions and deletions, seat location changes and all transactions involving money.
