Important Ticket Changes for 2025

Starting this season, tickets can no longer be scanned from Account Manager. They can only be scanned in one of two ways:

  1. Through the Browns Mobile App
  2. From your phone's digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet)

What to Do Before You Arrive:

  • Add your ticket(s) to your digital wallet ahead of time. This avoids issues with weak Wi-Fi or cell service at the stadium.
  • Update your phone's software. You must have the latest Apple or Android version to add tickets to your wallet.
  • Update the Browns Mobile App to the newest version.
  • Charge your phone fully before leaving for the game.
  • If you're going with guests, be sure to transfer each guest their own ticket in advance.
