The Cleveland Browns Girls High School Flag Football program, presented by Gatorade and in association with Bridgestone, provides opportunities for female student-athletes to compete in flag football, the fastest-growing sport, while offering resources to players, coaches, and parents. Launched in 2021 in partnership with Northeast Ohio Flag Football, the program has created Ohio's first Girls High School Flag Football division and aims to make it a sanctioned varsity sport under the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA).

The Cleveland Browns High School Game of the Week presented by Ohio CAT and in association with ForeverLawn lets fans vote for featured match-ups during the 10-week regular season, with the winning team Head Coach receiving $2,500 for their football program.

The Cleveland Browns High School Showcase, in association with Gatorade & University Hospitals is designed for high school Sophomores & Juniors who want to continue their playing career at the collegiate level. The event features combine-style testing as well as position-specific drills, which includes passing, route running, lineman work, agility drills, plus much more.

Local high school football coaches are annually invited to Browns OTA practices in recognition of their dedication to fostering a student-focused environment that promotes both athletic excellence and academic achievement.

The Cleveland Browns honor 10 high school coaches from Northeast Ohio, highlighting leadership, community engagement, and on-field success. A Browns panel selects one winner who receives $5,000 for their program and a nomination for the NFL Don Shula High School Coach of the Year award.

The Cleveland Browns are proud sponsors of the Greater Cleveland Football Coaches Association (GCFCA) Annual East/West All-Star Scholarship Football Game.

To further advance player health & safety the Browns HELMETS program, presented by Meijer and in association with University Hospitals has distributed nearly 4,000 helmets to youth and high school football teams across Northeast Ohio and the state since 2017.

Annually, the Browns Youth Football Department donates hundreds of cleats, gear, and additional football equipment to high school football programs across Northeast Ohio.

As part of the Cleveland Browns continued commitment to advance player safety in youth and high school football, the Browns and University Hospitals teamed up to place two certified athletic trainers at John Hay and James Ford Rhodes High Schools.
